She is survived by: her children, Deborah Stephens (Robert) of Van Buren, AR., Tammy Cain (Kevin) of Richardson, TX. and Kim Kincy (Monica) of Alma; her sister Mildred Hembree of Brooks; and her grandchildren, Christie Smith (Lance) of Van Buren, AR., Mary Cope (Alex) of Austin, TX., Adam Cain of Richardson, TX. and Rachel Clark (Nathan) of Dallas, TX.. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
