He is survived by: his wife Barbara Racy of Dumas, AR; and his children, Don Livingston of Dumas, Donnell Racy of Mitchellville and Mary Ann Hawkins of Grand Prairie. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
