He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tatum of Dumas, AR; his children, Laporsha Stanton (Edwin) of Eudora, AR, Christopher Tatum of Pine Bluff, AR, Christy Tatum of Fort Smith, AR and Sandy Tatum of Dumas, AR; his siblings, Elder Dean Tatum (Kovect) of Dumas, AR, Elder E. C. Tatum (Letrice) of Dumas, AR, Dr. Glenn Tatum of Desoto, TX, Helen Barge of Texas, Martha Walton of Texas, Burnett Tatum of Texas, Georgia Ann Young of St. Louis, MO and Sarah Taylor (Charles) of Dumas, AR; and his brother-in-law H. L. Dorsey of Dumas, AR.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
