She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Tillman Thorne; her husband James O. Harrell; her parent Clora Jackson Thorne (Jackson); her son Stacy Harrell; her siblings, Joseph Thorne, John Thorne, Otis Thorne, Brewnettie Smith, Juanita Young and Clora Thorne; and her granddaughter Layla Christopher.
She is survived by: her children, LaShon Christopher and Derrick Harrell (Sherry); and her siblings, Emma Thorne, Gloria Ann Dobbs and Theodis Thorne (Marie). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends.
