She is survived by: her sister Betty Irons; her husband Thomas Hawkins, Sr. of Dumas; her children, Thomas Hawkins, Jr. (Diane) of Star City, Tim Hawkins (Alicia) of Star City and Heather Sullivan (Tim) of Star City; her siblings, Eddie Sharp of Dumas, Benji Sharp of McGehee and Wilma Lemonds of McGehee; and her half-brother Jimmy Penson of Du Quoin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
