He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mabel Ann Greenup; his adoptive father Robert Carr Greenup; his father Robert George Pappas, Sr.; his stepmother Cecelia Schweitzer Pappas; his sister Patricia "Patty" Ann Shaddox; his wife Kitty Greenup of Dumas; his daughters, Kelly Greenup of Tulsa and Kerry Reynolds (Justin) of Mannford; and his siblings, William Greenup of Mount Vernon, Cindy Russell of Sherwood, Theresa Suszko of Denver, Mary Boan of Denver and Gail Kemp of Gamaliel. He was also cherished by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
