She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Leslie and Nina Marie Hocking King; her husband Thomas Lee Lewellen; her sister Erma Miller; her children, Dr. John Lewellen, Jerry Bob Lewellen, Sharon Sumrall and Cindy Deno; and her grandson Matt Lewellen.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Landon Lamb; and her children, Dr. Thomas Lewellen (Mary) of Dumas and Becky McNeely (David) of McGehee. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, and two great- great grandchildren.
