He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn L. Kirtley, Sr. and Ruby Keeling Kirtley; and his son Zachary Lamar Kirtley. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kirtley of Dumas; his children, Stephen Kirtley of Dumas, Kenny Howey of Dallas, Amanda Kaye Hickerson of England, Cristy Moore of Fayetteville, Samantha Kirtley Cromwell of Dermott and Kimberly Self of Cabot; his sister Terry Lynn Kirtley of Rison; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Martin of Benton and Oreal Nealy of Rison; and his mother-in-law Sherry Jones of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren.
