He is survived by: his wife Josephine Willis (Gulley) of Dumas, AR; his sons, Shelby Willis of Conway, AR and Brian Spratt of McGehee, AR; and his siblings, Norvell Willis of Dumas, AR, Darlene Willis of Omaha, Nebraska and Delois Willis of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
