She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Mitchell and Retta Mitchell; and her husband Jimmy Nealey. She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Levy of Dardanelle, AR and Paul Mitchell of Benton, AR; and her children, Gary Nealey (Judy) of Dumas, Kenneth Nealey of Dumas, James Eddi Nealey of Halley and Belinda Conrad of Star City. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
