He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Clyde and Anna Grace Neeley; and his brother Tommy Neeley. He is survived by: his brother Tracy; his wife Karen Neeley of Dumas; his children, Casey Neeley of Sherwood, Stephanie Ray (George) of Monticello and Amber Seibel (John) of Sherwood; his stepsons, Jeremy of Watson and Johnny Reed of Watson; his siblings, Herschel of Dumas, Paul Neeley of Dumas, Barbara Ann Gillum of Joshua and Earlene Satterfield of Dumas; and his grandchildren, Sarah Seibel, J. P. Seibel, Morgan Seibel, Liam Seibel and Aaron Ray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
