He is survived by: his wife Willie Mae Joiner of Dumas; his children, Tracy Joiner of Little Rock, Rita Joiner of Dumas and Stacey Joiner of Jacksonville; and his sisters, Connie Whitfield and Donna of Dumas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
