He is survived by: his wife Willie Jean Haynes of Dumas; his children, Sharon Griggs (George), Tina Warren of Dumas, Eric Hayes of California, Floyd Marcus Hayes (Samantha) of Dumas, Joe Isaac Hayes of Kansas City, Tyrone Spencer of Ohio, Levon Warren (Tammy) of Dumas and Michael Harris of Little Rock; and his brother Earnest Hayes of Chicago. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, nephews, nieces cousins and friends.
