He is survived by: his children, Bobby Racy (Cynthia), Bennie Racy of Little Rock, Vernell Racy (Vickie) of Tahlequah, Kenneth Racy (Melanie) of Fort Smith, Beatrice Grays, Angela Racy of Little Rock, Virlee Smith (Johnny), Verlee Huskey, Ernestine Hillard (Arthur) of Dumas, Earnett Mitchell, Shearen Renae Racy of Fort Smith and Delois Racy of Milwaukee; his siblings, Roosevelt of Kansas City, Vandell of Kansas City, David Racy of Kansas City, Essie Mae Bradford of Little Rock, Ruthie Lee Sutton and Blanche Stanley of Kansas City; and his close friend Allan Sealy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
