He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Zuniga and Ionacia Garcia Zuniga. He is survived by: his wife Librada Zuniga of Dumas; his children, Dionicio Zuniga, Jr. of Dumas, Joe Zuniga of Dumas, Berenice Zuniga of Sherwood, Angela Zuniga of Dumas, Erica Zuniga of Little Rock and Ludivina Zuniga of Dumas; and his siblings, Urbano Zuniga of Dumas, Juan Antonio Zuniga of Louisiana, Celia Campuzano of Dumas, Amalia Gonzales of Dumas, Juana Garza of Florida, Onalia and Cruz of North Carolina. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
