He was predeceased by: his parents, Tennyson Junior Howell and Myrtle Hazel Wilks Howell. He is survived by: his spouse Connie Lea Jacobs; his children, Miller (Shannon) of Drasco and William David "Will" Tennyson Howell (Carol) of Wynne; his sisters, Linda Lace of Wynne, Mary Lou Thomas of Haynes and Anna Jean Cowgill of Wynne; and his grandson Eli Shannon Miller of Drasco.
