He is survived by: his sons, Thomas O. Billington III (Robin) of Bulverde and Scott Billington (Felicia) of Drasco; and his grandchildren, Thomas Billington IV (Kathlyn), Chase Billington (Mackenzie), Coltan Billington, Derek Billington, Reece Billington and Kegan Billington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
