She was predeceased by: her parents, Buel Hill and Margaret Hill (Hightower); and her sister Judy. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Phillips; her daughters, Angela Sutherland (GL) and Keenea Henderson (Josh); her grandchildren, Kaylyn Allen (Daniel), Ethan Sutherland (Destiny), Cody Henderson and Ava Ray Henderson; and her siblings, Gary, Gerald, Raymond, Steven, Geraldine and Mary. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
