With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Minnie Louella Scoggins of Drasco, Arkansas, born in Harrisburg, Arkansas, who passed away on November 1, 2021 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Jaco Scoggins. She is survived by: her daughter Louveda Kelley of Drasco; her grandchildren, Robbie Scoggins of Tumbling Shoals, AR and Christina Pyle (Jed) of Floral, AR; and her sister-in-law Viola Scoggins of Ft. Pierce, FL.. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
