She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Deckard and Lola Foust Deckard; her husband Earl Southerland; her brother Bill Deckard; her sister-in-law Katherine Deckard; and her nephew Robert Deckard.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Southerland (Sharon), Pam Brooks (Ronnie) and Kim Ezell (Dewayne). She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and many friends.
