He is survived by: his wife Rosalee Dorrance Turney; his children, Larry West (Lynette) of Drasco, Arkansas, Lori West Green (Rick) of Hopewell, Donise Turney Bunch (Terry) of Bethesda and Penny Turney Rolins (Carl) of Heber Springs, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Frances, Rebecca, Kayla, Kora, Terren, Cody, Sami Mae, Madison, Maddie, Dani Rose and David; his great grandchildren, McKinley, Weston, Rylan and Layton; and his children, Kelly Whaley, Becky Lungaro, Sandy, Sissy Pearl, Cindy Smith, Paula Parkin and Steve Liles. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
