She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Jewel McFadden Gay and Willis Gay. She is survived by: her husband Jim Womack; her children, Jimmy Womack (Tammy) of Bee Branch, Clint Womack of Drasco, Arkansas, DeAnne Hartzell (James) of Bee Branch and Christy Foster (Chris) of Bentonville, Arkansas; her brother Dwayne Gay (Brenda) of Damascus, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Ross, Anna Womack, Summer, Jared, Jacob, Adrienne Hartzell, Emily, Zac Thomas, Heather Olson, Ryan, Cade and Jamie. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
