She was predeceased by: her parents, Ermil Grant and Rose Turner Grant; and her brother Joe Don Grant. She is survived by: her child Development Associates Degree; her husband Leon Vaughan; her daughters, Vickie Harris and Rose Vaughan-Dover; her grandchildren, Princess, Eric Wheeler, Dustin, Holly Dover, Jerad and Shay Dover; her great grandchildren, Madalynn Wheeler, Lydia Wheeler and Grant Dover; and her brother John. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hatley Missionary Baptist Church, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
