He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Glen and Edith Mae McMinn Allen; and his siblings, Wiley, Burl, Billy, David Allen and Wanda Mays.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Owens of Dover; his children, Courtney Sexton of Dover, Jeffrey of Dover, James of Dover and Jerry Allen of Dover; his sisters, Brenda Lillard of London, Linda Hampton of London and Caffie Meadows of Dover; and his grandchildren, Bailey Allen of Dover, Shelbie Sexton of Harrison and Hunter Allen of London. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
