He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Lee Smith and Eltrie Owens Smith; and his siblings, Billy Smith and Hazel Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Krissy Lewis (Heath), Amanda Hill (Jason) and Jamie Fisher (Travise); and his grandchildren, Caitlyn Miller, Alyson Miller, Riley Brannon and Angela Tarvin.
