He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirby Joe and Frances Kay Wait Leavell; and his brother Dan Leavell. He is survived by: his wife Liz Leavell of Dover; his sons, Adam Leavell of Dover and Ben; his daughter-in-law Sara Leavell of Dardanelle; his daughter Rachel Leavell of Dover; his sister Susan; his siblings-in-law, Chad Easley of Dover and Sherrie Leavell of Dover; and his grandchildren, Talvin, Jackson and Harper Leavell.
