She was predeceased by: her son Jackie Wayne Goodman; and her stepbrothers, Ricky Allen and Billy Allen. She is survived by: her father Floyd Combs (Nita) of Dover; her daughters, Laiken DeBusk of Russellville, Jayden Phaup of Russellville, Jamie Goodman of Russellville and Breezy Ford of Dover; her mother Harlies Combs of Dover; and her brothers, Quenton Combs, Scotty Allen and Matthew Combs. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
