He is survived by: his wife Elaine Richard of Dover; his children, Bridget Knowlton, William of Muskogee, OK., Rick Richard II and Cristin of Clarksville; his grandchildren, Erika Avery (Blake), Spencer Scott of Muskogee, OK., Ryan Scott (Taylor), Leah Richard of Clarksville and Kyle Skelton of Arkoma, OK; his great grandchildren, Kylar of Muskogee, Koltyn of Muskogee, Jordyn of Muskogee and Adelyne of Muskogee; and his siblings, Anita Roff of Iowa, Wanda Lowe of Iowa, Jason Richard of Iowa and Terry Jordan of Iowa. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
