She is survived by: her parents, Blackie Cossey and Brenda Prince; her husband Scott Van Horn; her children, Dalton Van Horn, Madison Van Horn, Nikki Wilburn and Ryan; her daughter-in-law Tiffaney Van Horn; her grandchildren, Kailey and Jaxon Van Horn; her stepfather Lannie Prince; her sister Kim; her brother-in-law Michael Witt; her nephew Carter (Elizabeth Witt); her mother-in-law Donna Van Horn; and her sister-in-law Marcia Van Horn.
