He was predeceased by: his father Charles E Walters "Jick"; his brother Charles "Chuck" Walters; and his wife Brenda Kaye Walters. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Walters (Christina) of Scottsville, Jon Walters (Samantha) of Hector and Allie Hoggatt (Anthony) of Dover; his grandchildren, Kurt Rodriguez, Noni Franklin, Waylon Walters, Eric Walters, Brianna Walters, Oliver Walters, Charli Hoggatt and Levi Hoggatt; and his siblings, Michael Walters, Steven Walters, Chad Walters (Shannon), Tammy Bolon (Ron) and Amanda Brooks (Chris).
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Russellville Family Funeral (2757 E Parkway Dr, Russellville, AR 72802). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant Grove Community Church (48 Proctor Dr, Dover, AR 72837). A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at the Langford Cemetery.
