He is survived by: his wife Helen Joyce George (Ross); his children, Billy George (Shauna) of Atkins, Arkansas, Lou Allred (James) of Dover, Arkansas and Paula Standridge of Dover, Arkansas; his siblings, Herbert George (Buddy) of California, David George of California, Jody Grayson of California and Pat Briels of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Cassandra Pitts, Kyle Standridge, Mia Anderson, Michael Standridge, Corey Beavers and Micalea Smith. He is also survived by his 11 great-grandchildren.
