It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Sue Lay Rutledge of Dover, Arkansas, who passed away on July 9, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Leslie and Ila Lucille McCain Lay; and her siblings, Benny M. Lay and Elizabeth Collie. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Rutledge of Dover; her siblings, Ina Cloud of Dover, Ila Anderson of Dover, Jo Ann Owens of Dover, Paul Lay of Dardanelle and Roger; and her sister-in-law Sue Lay of Dover.
