She is survived by: her children, Tommy White (Rebel) of Glenn Heights, Gloria Snyder of Atkins, Wilburn Apple (Dawn) of Longview, Henry Apple (Sally) of Centerton, Randy Apple (Sandy) of Dover and Michael Apple (Monica) of Russellville; and her sister Patsy Helton of Russellville. She is also survived by twenty eight grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
