He is survived by: his sons, Randy Looper (Julie) and Ricky Looper (Shawna); his grandchildren, Lindsay Hefley (Josh), Taylor Looper, Lane Looper, Abbie Looper, Livia Haney (Brandon) and Jackson Looper; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Brinlee, Conner Hefley, Bentley and Kolt Haney. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
