He is survived by: his wife Machelle Holt; his daughters, Mandy (Scott Allen), Lindsey (Mark Lamb) and Sissy (Brad Moore); his siblings, Tony Holt, Mary Garrison, Joyce Holt, Phyllis Savage and Beverly Smith; his grandchildren, Riley, Carter Allen, Emma Collins and Stella Lamb; and his close friends, Ken, Mary Norwood and Bob Ridling. He is also survived by eight other grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
