He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Elton Churchill Sr. and Lorna Lewis Churchill; his wife Mary Ann Churchill; his grandson Patrick Freeman; his nephew Kit Churchill; and his son-in-law Don Rowlands.
He is survived by: his former wife Ann Paris; his grandchildren, Summer Frein, Megan Tawil, Grant Churchill, Jaqui Butler, Sara Jones, Laura Stumbaugh, Elyse Rowlands, Grace Caldwell, Gilliann Churchill, Elena Churchill, Quinn Truong, Piper Truong, Greer Thornton Churchill, Elijah Churchill and Noah Churchill; his brother Keith Churchill; and his nephew Spencer Churchill. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
