She is survived by: her husband Joseph O. Elliott; her son Frederick A. Elliott, III of Jacksonville, FL; and her grandchildren, Katrina Mannon, Jeremy Haney, Martha Haney, Amanda Watts, Willie Ray Watts, Christoper Wilson and Samantha Walther.
