He was predeceased by: his parents, Bailey Nichols and Eula Daniels; and his brother Herbert R. Hayden. He is survived by: his wife Faye Nichols; his children, Debbie Leavell (Ronnie), Kim Williams (Don) and Lee Hayden (Raelyn); his grandchildren, Jason Leavell (Sheena), Baylea Leavell, Kimberley Holt (Jessie), Krystal Kendrick (John), Preston, Malaki, Gage and Mila; and his great grandchildren, Anna, Jaysa, Emma, Mylah, McKensi, Matti, Kylie and Cody.
