He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hershel Baxter and Floy Baxter (Lusk); and his sister Barbara Manning. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Baxter of Dover; his daughter Kim Lile (Joe) of Pottsville; his granddaughters, Taylor Lile of Atkins and Brooklyn Lile of Russellville, Three; his great grandchildren, Grayson Bradley, Emmett Ennis and Layken Bradley; and his sisters, Gloria Baxter of Wilburton, OK, Trudy Stacy (James) of Dover, Wanda Smith (Paul) of Dover and Sandra Smith of Russellville.
