He was predeceased by: his parents, John McFadden and Nettie Mae Brown Proctor; his wife Marine Goates Proctor; his son Bobby Proctor; and his siblings, Raymond Proctor, Mildred Myers, Hazel Summers, Lou Chaffin, Jack Proctor and Charles Proctor.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna (Carlous Duncan), Sherry Moore of Dover, Debbie (Tony Geater) and Teresa (Chuck Stroud); his daughter-in-law Carol Proctor of Dover; his sister-in-law Louise Proctor of Dover; and his grandchildren, Jeff (Tammy Duncan), Carla (Mike Barkley), Joshua Duncan of Little Rock, Greg (Donna Proctor), Dale (Christy Proctor), Dana (Ron Ellis), Terry Geater of Dover, Candice (Kevin Waldon) and Daniel (Brandi Dorris). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
