She is survived by: her children, Marcia Van Horn and Scott Van Horn; her grandchildren, Madison, Dalton and Ryan (Tiffaney Van Horn); her great grandchildren, Kailey Van Horn and Jaxon Van Horn; and her brother Bob (Patsy Howell).
