With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Holland Rains of Dover, Arkansas, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on March 23, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlus Connie and Bernice Eva Burk Holland; her husband Randy Rains; her brothers, Jerry and Ricky Holland; and her grandson Dallas Randhan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Torkelson of Houston, Crystal Randhan of Dover and Daisy Curtis of Hector; her sister Connie; and her brother-in-law Larry Wilkerson of El Paso, Texas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
