He is survived by: his wife Regina Webb; his children, Andy (Amy Cox), Donnie (Pam Cox), Heather (Johnny Moore), Brian Webb, Shawn Douthit and Ashley Allen; and his siblings, Goldie Hall, Gordon, Sherry Webb and Wanda Crowley. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
