He was predeceased by: his father Wiley Allen; and his sister Rebecca Allen. He is survived by: his wife Bianca Allen of Dover; his daughter Lydia Allen of Alyssa Allen; his mother Barbara Allen of Dover; his siblings, Randy Allen (Jackie) of Dover and Connie Meadows (Roy) of Dover; his nephews, Anthony Allen and Cody Halstead; his mother-in-law Lenora Stewart of Russellville; and his stepchildren, Gabriel Hart and Danielle Brock.
