He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Joseph and Clara Bell Proctor Williams; and his siblings, Glenna Freeman, Robert and Raymond Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Della J. Williams of Dover; his daughters, Rhonda Williams LaRue (Rick) of Dover and Michelle McClure (Charlie) of Pottsville; his siblings, Leamon Williams (Dia McVey) of Dover and Anna Faye LaRue (Bill) of Dover; his sister-in-law Donna Williams of Dardanelle; his grandchildren, Jessica Fryar (Matt), Whitni Vaughan, Jeremy Vaughan and Carlee McClure; and his great grandchildren, Aubrie Kate, Mattie, Eliza Fryar, Ella Tankersley and Titan Boyett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
