He is survived by: his wife Elease Freeland; his daughters, Carla Tugwell (Keith) of Midway and Jan Matthews (Lee) of Brown Springs; his grandchildren, Jenny Stafford (Jeremy), Dusty Tugwell (Andrea), Jill Hurst (Cory) and B. J. Matthews; his great grandchildren, Skylar, Josie, Sloan Stafford, Jackson Tugwell, Leighton Tugwell, Emily Hurst and Allison Hurst; his siblings, Sammy Freeland (Ann) of Clarksville and Jean Dicks of Ft. Smith; his brother-in-law Carroll Smith of Arkadelphia; his grandsons, Skylar Stafford, Jackson Tugwell, Jeremy Stafford and Cory Hurst; and his friends, Alan Cook and Randy Parish. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
