With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thurman Lee Johnson of Doddridge, Arkansas, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman "Dick" Johnson and Emma "Tiny" Johnson. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Marrale of Bright Star, Tiffani Johnson of Bright Star and Margaret Johnson of Baytown, Texas; his siblings, Ray "Boo Boo" Johnson (Renita) of Bright Star, Mark "Babe" Johnson of Bright Star, Joe Johnson (Felicia) of Bivins, Texas and Betty "Cookie" Andrews of Bright Star, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Anthony "L. J." Marrale and Londyn Marrale; and his close friends, Jerry, Sheila Payne and Donni Marrale. He is also survived by other friends, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hanner Funeral Service (103 W Main St, Atlanta, TX 75551). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Brown Cemetery Brown Cemetery.
