Payne (Sheila) of Doddridge, Arkansas, Brenda Gail Byrum (Joe) of Bivins and Kimberly Ann Payne of Doddridge, Arkansas; and his siblings, J. W. Payne (Della), Donald Payne (Linda), Nancy Staggs (John) and Wilma Quaid. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
