She is survived by: her sons, Steven D Lewis Jr. (Jenny) of Bossier City, LA and Kerry Staniford Jr. (Ashley) of Shreveport, LA; her siblings, Billy Wendell Kose (June S.) of Shreveport, LA and Brenda Barnard of Sheridan, AR; and her grandchildren, Chase Lewis, Hannah Lewis, Parker Staniford and Presley Staniford.
