With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Elizabeth Staggs (Doddridge, Arkansas), born in Perry, Arkansas, who passed away on February 28, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Payne and Alma Payne; and her husband John Dee Staggs. She is survived by: her children, Mark Staggs (Veneda) of Kilgore, Texas, Mary Wiley (Joe Greene) of Monroe, Sherell Blankenship of Doddridge and Sonya Robertson (Donald Cody) of Perryville, Arkansas; and her siblings, Donald Payne (Linda) and Wilma Quad. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
